The first and most important step in designing a successful website
is to gather information. During the research and discovery phase, we
ascertain the purpose of the site, goals, and target audience. This
information helps us develop a focus strategy for your site so you can
reach more customers. At the end of the research and discovery phase,
we present the following deliverables: existing website analysis,
competitors analysis and SEO recommendations.
During the planning stage, we align your business objectives through
a content audit exposing any redundant, obsolete and trivial
information. From there, we plan on incorporating additional relevant
digital technologies. A fictional character called a persona is created
to communicate the characteristics of your target audience enabling a
web design for the best user experience. A sitemap deliverable is
created and serves as a guide as to what content will be on the site
and is essential for creating a consistent navigational system. Task
list creation also starts in the planning stage. All parties can
visualize what they need to do at each stage of the site creation
We take an iterative approach to our design and development process.
During the design phase, we determine the sites functionality and
architectural layout. We create a functional prototype as quickly as
possible, then start engaging your interaction and feedback. We build
off the functional prototype making incremental changes to the user
interface adding content, colors, and images.
During the development stage, we create an entirely functional
website; coded for compatibility with a broad range of smart devices
and browsers. We complete any final design layouts and content tweaks
based on the feedback in the design phase. The second iteration of your
site is now complete, and it is time for the testing and launch

Test / Launch
One week before the site is launched we freeze the code. Now it is
time to attend to the final details and test your website's
cross-browser compatibility, functionality, and usability. Once the
testing is complete, it is time to go-live with the site. We move the
site from our staging server to your hosts public server.
The development of your website is not necessarily over; we will
work with you on-site maintenance such as bug fixes, and content
changes. We do not require any long-term contractual commitments or
monthly maintenance fees. We bill at an hourly rate. We use one-click
time tracking tools for transparent billing.
We believe that a well-designed website is all about a great user experience. We are equally focused on a clean, usable design as well as using the most up-to-date technologies. We are passionate. We will support you. We deliver results.
